Dia 1 Black to live the two corner stones.

This is from a Korean magazine. I can follow the diagrams, but have no idea what the text says.

Dias 2 & 3 First, how not to play.

The hane of black 1 fails. Although it removes a liberty from the white stones, it fails to the corner throw-in and recapture tesuji. Note that after white 2, black never has more than two liberties whilst white has 3.

Dias 4 & 5 Next, how to win as Black.

Black 7 creates a White shortage of liberties, and if White tries to come round the outside, Blck follows and keeps White down. Eventually White captures 3 stones with 14. As Dia 5 show, Black wins the race by one move, capturing with 19.
